If anyone calls Quality Part X - I hope Mia picks up the phone to you. She has been friendly, helpful, upbeat and a pleasure to have helping navigate purchasing a car. Wasi, also was quick to send a video which showed me the car in detail. The car looked fantastic and the video proved it was just as it appeared in the online photos. If only all garages had people like them.

I purchased a Tiguan in December. Disappointingly 3 months later the fly wheel and a few other parts in the transmission needed replacing.nnThe total cost was £3600 for the repairs, the garage told me that within the time period I have had the vehicle I could not of done this damage and the fault would have been there on purchase.nnQPX refuse to acknowledge this or even look at the car saying as I had done 500 miles over the 3000 mile checkmark since purchase it was no longer their problem. I am now looking into my consumer rights and pursuing this with a motor vehicle ombudsman to attempt to receive some of this cost back.nnQPX should take some responsibility and pay for the repairs. Gabriella, the aftercare member of staff has been zero help and seems to have been employed to send generic and script responses to avoid QPX taking any responsibility for the vehicle they sell.
A few things left a bitter aftertaste to this sale, which ultimately ended in a refund and return. An important factor that was not disclosed to us was that a spare key was not provided. We feel that this is a reasonable expectation. Then after 2 days the car came up with an error message for the gearbox. The car also had a deep stench of cigarettes upon delivery, and it was delivered with minimal petrol enough to get to a station, but not much more than that. This was a relatively new car 2 years old with low/average mileage. A stain on the front seat was promised to be removed, but in the end it was covered with a type of tape - this did not look too bad, but it was not the same as removing the stain. There was a lot of hassle involved in getting a return on the sale, as initially everyone I spoke to avoided responsibility and refused to speak about returns, but after some perseverance we came to an agreement.nnAfter dealing with this company, I would be more careful.nUltimately though, they did provide a refund and I was able to get a car that suited me elsewhere. I would have bought or swapped from them if they had had this in stock at the time.
