Well, I picked up a car that was filthy, so I had it washed the following day. To reveal the true mess off paintwork that there inadequate bodyshop must of did.nnNow I've complained to them an they want me to do a 4hr round trip x2 for them to repair there work.. umm I dont think so. So make sure the car your buying is of good standard paintwork. Obviously cowboys. All I want was for them to authorise my body shop to repair the paintwork.. so dont buy from here.
If your car has a fault within 30 days, you have the right to reject it under CRA2015 and get a full refund. You don't have to accept a repair. They can check it to verify that it is faulty, but beyond that, you have no obligation to accept a fix. Don't let them tell you otherwise. I got my money back in the end, and the guys were amicable enough. But I can't give more stars because of the way they tried to fob me off with a faulty car - telling me I needed to give proof of the fault... then after I gave proof, telling me CRA2015 requires them to carry out their own diagnostic inspection before they can advise on the next step bearing in mind they had checked it a few days after I bought it and not been able to fix the problem then... then recommending I go to the manufacturer to get it repaired and if they charge me, QPX might refund me the cost. Nobody buys a car expecting to have to sort out a problem, especially one that can't easily be fixed. I hope these guys become more upfront with their customers, because my initial interaction with them was actually quite good and smooth. Sort out the after sales, give better advice, treat people with honesty and decency. If for nothing anything else, it's surely got to be better for business. All the best

As I've never driven an automatic before he had to give me an actual driving lesson .nI was given a good part exchange rate on my vehicle too.nVery friendly service throughout the visit.nThey will delivering my chosen vehicle to my house.
I purchased my new car from the dealership and I am very happy with it.nnHowever, I am rating just 1 star for the dealership due to their complete lack of after care. I had a few minor things I needed to sort out with the car shortly after purchasing it, but they couldn't care less and the effort to offer a helping hand wasn't there at all. The second they get your money they are finished dealing with you. Even their customer care when I declared my interest in purchasing a car from them was poor. They weren't very friendly compared to other dealerships I've been to.
