The store is over 2 floors and it's a shame the escalator doesn't go down as well as up but there is a lift for disabled people. Good selection of items and most are at competitive prices compared to other local stores. There is a small amount of parking at the rear but it's often used by staff. There is a rewards card you can use but offers don't usually appear that often. The clothes section is quite hidden at the rear but they often look cheap and poor quality. The garden and pet section had a good selection of items available. At Christmas there is always a good choice of items which are good value. The store is about a 5 min walk from the train station.
excellent shop sells everything ,purchased some inner cushions very reasonably priced ,if I can't find something elsewhere I usually find it here
Visited the restaurant on the top floor, the escalators were not working, so had to walk/climb. Once we arrived at the top of kilimanjaro we were greeted to a table for two. The table was set out beautifully although the cutlery was not laid correctly. I expected more from this establishment. After what seemed like eternity, our waitress had still not taken our order. We started with the bottle of wine that was left on the table, it was the worst we've ever had. It taste like water with a bit of colouring in it. Still no service, so we got up and walked out, back downstairs, this time taking the staircase and not the mountain. Off to greggs we went. I will return, but not to the restaurant. Poor service and lack of menu.
Great shop for your odds n sods. Staff could be a little more helpful. Other than that perfect.

Love this store so much, wish I had shares in it. Lol. A good variety of products, very reasonable.
Mostly OK. Some staff are friendly and helpful. But one Manager extremely rude. Just depends who you speak To.
Good shop hard to get out when you pay only one till open very slow very frustrating
I like this store it was quiet good range of Christmas decorations although it did not have what I went in for? Long queue for the checkout, cashier polite and welcoming. There is no visible staff on the shop floor to help.
