This is the worst company I ever dealt with. My case is straightforward but it's taking more than a year to get the compensation. They are completely incompetent, they never reply or call and I had to chase every single step of the process. Now they just told me they don't even have the police report- a case was closed eight months ago. Incredible, I wish I never went with them at the first place. The problem is that the London Police or Transport leaked the information about the accident and they got in touch with me. My honest advice- stay away from them.

This is possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are shocking. I signed with these guys for my claim in October 2016 where I was told it was a straight forward claim and on the document I signed it said it should take between 12-16 weeks. It is now the 2 August 2017, which is around 10 MONTHS and I still have not received any compensation. 

They are the most disorganised company in the world, I have spoke to 5+ people and each one tells me something different to the last person (All Lies). Some of the staff have no clue what is going on and are a so far behind with the case it is unbelievable. Their main excuses are that this certain stage is with another department and when you ask to speak to them or if they can ask for an update while you hold for some reason there is no way of speaking to them, it feels as if the other department are working from the other side of the world. This is also the same with their filling cabinet as their favourite saying is I will check the filling cabinet and call you back but not once have I been called back and when I ask if they can check it while I wait on hold for some reason this cannot be done.

I have also sent this company several emails and have not had a single response. To make matters worse when I complained I was told by one member of staff to always email them if there are any issues and still not one reply.

Its a shame I have to even give them one star there should be an option for no stars!

Avoid this company at all costs!!!!!

This is a sham company they contacted me regarding my Axcedent I went with them my partner dident revive documents that were apparently posted 3 m later still no paper work he decided to go with slater Gordon and his claim is now resolved and he had revived his payout were this company is calling asking for the same details over and over again have not yet submitted a tpi or made any appointment.. 3m down the line .. I have had to self medicate.. and still no correspondence from them atall that I have had to call another firm in order to chase them up to swap my claim with Irwin Mitchel    .. who have been very helpful.. do not under any circumstances contact this compan for assistance with your Axcedent as you will get no we're atall ...
