Cold food and poor customer service. Actually no customer service. Told twice that food left 5, 10 minutes ago, on two chases 30 minutes apart. From the warmth of the food, maybe they told the truth the first time around.
Customer service is disgusting. Called about missing items and sag paneer that smelt and tasted so bad it made me gag. I was told ‘what do you want me to do about it, were not coming back as were busy’ - bearing in mind they are 5 mins down the road and took only 45 minutes to deliver. Such a shame as we were regular customers but we will never be ordering again, I’m still in shock about how rude they were on the phone.
Been ordering from this Indian for years now and never had a bad one, always recommend to my friends and they agree this is best Indian take away in Harlow by far.

Best Indian Food in all of the CM postcodes. Always correct, always hot and always very tasty. The delivery staff are really nice. been having food here for over four years. won't go anywhere else.
Sorry but Watery and tasteless and floating in oil, we thought the price was cheap for a group booking and it showed out of 11 only one positive comment.....how can a Madras taste the same as a Dansak? Cold sides as well...stick to your favourite Harlow restaurants.
Food was ok, it was delivered on time but I was charged twice for the same meal. 1 month later they still haven't give me a refund. I would not trust them again.
Ordered 2 times LAMB Jalfrezi, 2 times I received BEEF instead, as if the customers are idiots and don’t realise. I had other dishes on the order and the food was almost tasteless and cold. This is a joke. It makes me contact trading standards because you cannot just lie like that!
