1st time using this car park yesterday afternoon, 5th August, and yes it's overpriced, and to be honest wouldn't even bother with reviewing it if it wasn't for the amazing staff member who kindly came to my rescue and helped me find my car while I was very distress and having a panic attack! Unfortunately, I forgot to ask his name, but it was a young tall lad, time was between 5 and 6pm, he went above and beyond to help me and this 5 star review is exclusive to him!! I am so grateful for his kindness!! Please, thank him for me. I hope he gets rewarded accordingly!!!

Over priced and the drive in to it is to tight for big cars and very tight parking

It was expensive to park however there was a cleaning attendant that was kind enough to show us when we had trouble finding the entrance to level 1 so top marks for that. He took the trouble to show us rather than just tell us.

My car stalled at the barrier and I rang the desk for help. Two gentlemen arrived Andrew and Darren, they could not have been more help. They asked one of the guys who works in the car wash bay to assist too. He diagnosed the problem as a dead battery in the key fob! Andrew had one in his office and it was supplied and fitted and off I went. Chaps thanks to all of you for just great service! Regards. David
