What a great first time experience parking here on a Friday night for a concert at the Symphony. Easy access through number plate recognition. Good spaces to park. Very will lit and safe. Super easy access to the Mailbox for a drink and steady walk along the canal. A small delay getting out which would be expected, £8.40 for parking 6-2am this was a set time block offered up what’s not to like haven’t I parked here before for Brum ?
Always use this when we visit Birmingham.nnGreat secure car park, clean with good sized parking spaces.nnWas busy for a weekday-first time we’ve ever had to go up a level to park, must be popular or used by commuters.nnPre paid which gives you a discounted rate and so much easier as the barrier just opens and lets you in with number plate recognition. No having to wait for a ticket and paying on exit all done in advance.
Barry. Excellent Service. I booked for 24 hrs, but had to cancel due to the weather. So I had to reschedule it, Finding the car park was easy and the spaces were larger than normal. The entry and exit was very easy. The car park was spotless. I would highly recommend Qpark Mailbox
A convenient and secure place to park.nnIf you have an app, that’s even better as it automatically makes the payment. It records the entry and exit times by camera so you pay precisely for the duration of your parking.nnPlenty of space and it is also easy to get access to the shopping place on the upper floors by the lift.
It's a good spot, and using the app makes it very seamless, but there needs to be better signage and indication as to get to the first floor. Numerous groups of us were trying various staircases and lifts trying to work out how to get to it, very unclear and frustrating.
