If I could give zero stars then I would. Prebooked parking due to going to the Alexandra Theatre no mention anywhere about the horrendous traffic due to the road being partially closed and down to one lane. We left the show a little early so that we would be back in time for rhe 4 hour prepaid stay. It is now 22:30 and we are still sat in the car park waiting to get out. That is over an hour now between getting back to our car and still not even at the barrier to leave. No doubt I am going to be charged extra when trying to leave which is disgusting as it is through no fault of our own.
Parking was easy enough. Booking was simple and cheap try 6pm to 2am, it's a deal they offer.nnGetting into it, however, took forever because of non car park traffic that uses the same entrance slip road and gets stuck at lights just around the bend. I can only imagine getting out of it at certain times would be completely brutal, so beware of that.nnThe queuing was bad enough that I probably would use a different car park in future. There are loads around the area.
Handy location for Birmingham Town Hall and the New Street area. As with all Q-Parks it is very clean and well maintained; you always feel your car is securely parked. I had prepaid and had an issue where they claimed I arrived a minute early and so they were going to charge me for the “overstay”. Fortunately I use a mileage app for work and so they have arranged a refund of the parking surcharge.
Easy to park. Bit more expensive but very secure and good place for mailbox restaurants. And canal side walks
Easy accessible carpark, with loads of spaces available on a Saturday evening. Very clean, well lit and felt secure. Pay at the machine before exit, only gripe was the overnight cost at £24 for ~18hours. A lot of cheaper places not far from it, but probably not as secure.
