Situated in a good place where not much traffic is flowing through. It's quite obvious to see from the road. For those staying in premier inn, better pre book and ask for the discount code that they have, then you can get a 50% discount. It does count for a lot since the city center is expensive. Once pre booked, just enter and the system can identify your car reg. They will send a qr code in your email to enter the car park since the entrance it's automated. They have good spacing and well marked, no worries on tight spots. Only thing I noticed is it has a long and tight turn when you enter the parking area. When I visited, the 1st floor was under maintenance. The middle barrier upon going up can be a pain and some vehicles do hit it with their tires. Exiting was a breeze though. Good location, subway and st enoch square is just a few steps away

The booking procedure was straightforward, and the use of our license plate made it so simple. What was exceptional was the welcome and kind service of David Gray, the attendant, who offered to take away any garbage we had in our vehicle. Very helpful and friendly.

Centrally located parking house with good spacious parking spaces should serve as a good example for all other parking facilities.nnThe only downside is these horrible tall and square curbs that separate lanes going up and down and along the edges of ramps. They are literally begging to damage your rims. I was driving a Polestar 2 and I found it very tight and filled me with unnecessary paranoia.nPlease either grind down these curbs or  make them slanted so that you don't need to worry about damaging your rims when parking here.nnIf it was not for the lane separators I would give this place 5 stars.

I use Q park on Jamaica street all the time when I go in city centre but will be good idea if they remove all the wee concrete barriers between the floors because is difficult to go up and down  if you have a big car. It's easy to scratch the alloy wheels if you are not careful. I have Mercedes E class which is big enough so what about the biggers cars? Thanks

Did not realise had to pre book space in Qpark to get associated hotel booking discount. Saw sign when at barrier in car park so tried to log in and book at that point sitting there. Did not have hotel discount code as hotel booking information did not give this. Therefore flustered at the barrier trying to book space and full 24 hour charge due. James, your parking host came to reassure and help us complete the booking correctly for discount. Very patient and understanding. Thankyou James. It was also so good that there was an actual person there as often things are automated with no help around.  .
