Unfortunately the vehicle sold to another customer before I made a decision but that's my fault, not theirs. The staff were very helpful and honest, the vehicle was as advertised. There's nothing to complain about at this dealership. Special thanks to Jay for his time, honesty and helpful attitude.
I had a good experience so far with Ryde Automotive Group specifically the KIA section. Husain is the salesman that helped me with my car order, he is very professional, helpful, informative & not pushy at all. Another staff member Tan? was very helpful organising multiple test drives on different occasions for me to try different vehicles. Even though they were short staffed I didn't feel like I was left waiting long at all. I went to multiple different car yards & this one definitely has the best customer service. Thanks again Kia team.
Very professional and customer centric. Kia team both sales and business were great to deal with. I had an amazing experience buying my Sorento. Even though it was almost end of day on Christmas eve, whole team stayed behind to process my order. Special shoutout to Hafiz, Tanvir and Jason. Rockstars!
Just picked up my car. I was told the rear tyres were nearly new, I had asked repeatedly as I was buying the car over the phone. When I saw they were about 2/3 worn out I raised it with the dealer. They were incredibly rude, and refused to acknowledge their misleading behaviour. Very dissatisfied with Brentons rudeness and behaviour.
Had the pleasure of purchasing a Mazda CX3 from Indy at Ryde Automotive group. The communication and transaction was smooth throughout.I generally hold Sutherland Mazda as the benchmark in customer service and would have to say Indy was on par.From the initial phone call that lead to a deposit to driving out with the CX3 I couldn’t be happier with the service provided Indy.
Terrible after sales services. They never response after buying the car if you have any issue..... They said the car in excellent condition so we trust them and bought the car and we are 5hrs from Sydney. After few days we found its need at least $3000 to be fixed all safety issues they already known about it.We keep trying calling, emailing and texting them without any response and they keep saying we gonna call you back and they never did . DONT TRUST THEM AND WASTE YOUR MONEY .
Since the new dealer principal took over this dealership it has gone to ruins. My advice to prospective customers is find a dealership that values you as a customer. This organisation certainly doesn't !
Unfortunately we had a bad experience here with Ryde Kia Service and will not return. Really surprised at the approach and response even after politely trying to raise it with them in writing. Misled me, wasted our money and then our time.
I bought a used Nissan Pathfinder from Bassel and Aldo Kia/Subaru side. They were great to deal with and I was able to get through the finance process and delivery process fairly quickly as I was an interstate buyer. I did have a couple of small issues that needed resolving, but with the various state lockdowns happening, it was difficult for me to get the car back up to have them resolved. I was able to finally make it up and the issues were resolved quickly and efficiently with no fuss at all. Big thanks to Bassel and Aldo for the exceptional service. We are very happy with our purchase.
