What a fantastic team Yvonne and her colleagues are! They gave us a brilliant service, professional and personal at the same time. Our cats are very shy and it was only the second time we’d left them, so it was really reassuring to get messages, photos and even a short video of our shyest cat allowing herself to be stroked! All communications were excellent and we came back to happy, settled cats, spotless litter trays and daily updates on how the cats had been. We’ll definitely be using Purrfect Sitters again, and we can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you!
Yvonne and the team were great! Alaska was extremely well taken care of while we were away. Yvonne and the team have looked after our two cats and budgies for a few years now. They have always been friendly and reliable, and leave written updates for each visit. They have put away missed deliveries and cleaned up unexpected messes! I'm really happy with the service provided and would recommend them to anyone who needs a cat sitter.
This team came to look after my pair of cats last June whilst we were away on holiday and they were absolutely wonderful. Lots of pics of the cats while we were away and a detailed itinerary of what was done for their care each day upon return. Very professional and also super reasonable rates for the service. It was our first time going away and leaving our cat behind. It had become used to having someone around everyday due to me working from home. So when we had a holiday booked for 2 and a half weeks it was a bit daunting! However, Yvonne and her team came highly recommended from a work colleague and I would also highly recommend them to anyone else. They did a fantastic job looking after Mr Kitty. They sent us pictures and updates, which was very relieving since we were half way around the world! And coming back to find a daily log book was also very nice. We are now a keysafe customer and will be certainly using Purrfect Sitters again next time we go away!
Yvonne and her team do an absolutely amazing job. We've used this company for years and so pleased with the service. Our aging cat needed a lot of care and we were concerned about leaving him but Yvonne was so assuring and gave us updates . She goes beyond expectations looking after our hedgehog community in the garden as well as a stray that adopted us. This is a 'purrfect' service and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to keep the cats safe at home. Thank you Yvonne x
We've been using Yvonne and co for the last few years to look after our cats who are much happier staying at home than going to a cattery. Purrfect Sitters have always been reliable and clearly care about the cats. This time we had to make a number of changes before the visit and Yvonne was really accommodating, including adding extra visits to administer medication when one cat got an eye infection just before we went away. She responds quickly if you have to contact her while away our alarm had gone off and she reassured us that everything was ok at home. It's always good to come home to happy, relaxed cats whenever Purrfect Sitters have been. Would definitely recommend them.
Yvonne and her team are fabulous. We always arrive home to happy and healthy cats, plants alive, mail taken in, and all cat related items etc clean and tidy. We cannot recommend Yvonne and her team highly enough. They know cats, communicate well, are reliable, responsible, show initiative and we can enjoy our holidays knowing our home and cats are well looked after.
Yvonne is absolutely fantastic. She is extremely thorough but also great with our cats who are extremely shy. She popped round twice prior to going away to give an overview of the service but also run through where everything was kept so our cats Olive and Jackson would not feel disrupted. Great value for money and more importantly great way to keep you cats calm when you’re away
Absolutely brilliant service. We've been using them for a few years now. Yvonne always responds promptly to requests and gets you booked in. Our cat loves his cuddles and we always get a nice written report on his behaviour when we get home which makes us feels reassured and gives us a bit of a smile too! Would totally recommend this company,always get the sense they love our cats as much as we do and trust them totally in our house. Thank you as always :
