We were racing against the lockdown November 2020 and Claudia was an angel throughout the process. Other cake suppliers we enquired were making it difficult because they said the spun sugar on the croquembouche would melt during transportation etc. Lo and behold, Claudia turned up with her whole kit, doing the spun sugar at the venue. The profiteroles, nougatine, and accompanying sauces were amazing. She also provided a beautiful cake stand that went beautifully with the venue. Claudia created a stunning centrepiece of a wedding cake and she should feel very proud of her talent!
