Bought a body massage for me and my friend for her birthday. We both loved the experience! The relaxing atmosphere with beautiful music , the rosemary essential oil , the Proffessional touch of both Alana’s and Nadine hands made our experience extraordinary! We definitely going to come back for the hot stone massage treatment. Thank you.
Had a couples massage, they covered my partners hair in oil which was impossible to wash off, I’m not sure why oil was put in our hair and our hair was being pulled instead of a scalp massage. Had a 45 ‘massage’ which felt like it was their first time doing it, the face, hands and feet part was just softly touching, not massaging. The massage beds were squeaking and moving across the floor the whole time. We have both had several massages in different places and this came no where near, not relaxed at all after this. Also the lady at the front desk asked for £4 for PPE equipment which I’m not sure if we were supposed to wear, or the people performing the massage but neither were wearing anything. I think it was an easy way to take £4 for no reason without a receipt.
My fiancé and I went in for a couples massage and despite me trying my absolute hardest to not relax too much and fall asleep, I did. It was great and we have been many times and will keep going back. Thanks Alana and Nadine
Would give zero stars if I could. Poor massage, poor customer service, poor experience. Definitely better places to go to in Portsmouth. Booked 45 min full body massage with hand mask, didn't get the hand mask. Massage was average - ladies hands were freezing cold, the room freezing. Had lots of massages before and I started to question whether they were qualified and didn't feel like she knew what she was doing. Charge for PPE???! Surely, like everywhere else this included. It's actually embarrassing they ask for £2.00. Luckily I had money on me, and was using a voucher from Xmas. The lady wore no PPE, so just a way of making extra money cash in hand. Will be reporting to Hmrc on this. They also keep your details without permission.... GDPR?! Again will be raising this. Awful place. Lady on front desk is full of attitude. Avoid at all costs. If you book through Groupon they will be as difficult as possible about you using it. They really shouldn't be allowed to advertise on there if they don't like using them. Don't take peoples money and then refuse to let them use the services. 0/10
What can I say other than what an amazing experience that I had today! From the moment I walked in everyone was so lovely and welcoming, it was my first time having a massage and facial and it was perfect, so peaceful and relaxing, Alarna was so kind and understanding throughout. any nerves I had she put at ease, such a wonderful caring lady. Thank you so much. I will 100% be back for sure xx
From the reception to the treatment room, what a great vibe! Had my treatnent yesterday great experience! Tranquility & giggles all the way made me feel comfortable throughout.Value for money -Keep up the good work
I genuinely can't recommend this place more. Found via a Groupon for a round of Cryolipsolosis see photos and since had 2 more sessions, have another booked in. I also had massages which were very relaxing and Microderm which was not lol The Cryolipsolosis seems strange and honestly I wasn't too sure how this would turn out but so far so good. The outer fat seems to have gone showing definition. Definitely a shortcut but you still need exercise and diet too. All the staff are very sweet, especially explaining the very strange treatments to someone who never done this before. Kat and Sydney has made me feel very welcome and at ease

First time visiting the salon ..very welcoming. I booked to have a Hollywood waxing and full body massage , my therapist was Kath who is really friendly and made me feel comfortable. Really knowledgeable regarding the treatments I had. Already booked again and looking at other treatments the salon does. Salon its self is really nice , very relaxing! If you want to get a waxing, massage or any other treatments - I would recommend PureSun!!
First time neck, back and shoulder massage. Staff were friendly and professional. Therapist was very experienced, imparted her knowledge pleasantly when answering my queries and giving advice. The setting was comfortable, relaxing and overall a basis for pencilling future appointments.
