Was a great gym back in the day. Seems to struggle to compete against other gyms in the area now as a lot of people I used to train with now go to JD Gyms. Most of the machines here are old and outdated and it shows, many are often out of order and very rarely do any new machines or equipment get added. The constant turnover of PTs and managers feels more like a revolving door than a stable community.
Very Clean. Variety of Equipment to use. Helpful instructions beside machines, clean toilets, clean showers, friendly gym goers, car park space for free in Tesco's connected to gym. Superb gym.
Great gym. Dan was smashing and now Stacey has taken over. Always a chilled place to be. Has its busy times but it’s cool.
One of the few gyms I've been that is very neat with almost facilities you need for your fitness training
I used to train at this gym regularly 8-10 years ago, but left to join other gyms and then moved out of the area around six years ago. I was back home over the holidays visiting family and wanted a place to get a decent workout in. I signed up for a 3 day pass and was really impressed by the range and quantity of equipment available. At least three deadlift platforms, a bunch of squat racks, a sled track, tons of cables and machines etc... I was in when the gym was busy and only waited once for an item I wanted to use.nnFantastic range, plenty of parking and very cheap.
