As my previous review disappeared, I’ll try to summarise it again.nnPros:nn- A good variety of equipment spread over two floors, including a fitness studio.nn- Free two-hour parking in the city centre.nn- 24-hour access.nn- Friendly and helpful staff.nn- General cleanliness of the showers has recently improved.nn- Loud music has recently improved.nnCons:nn- Changing rooms are always cluttered with coats and bags see attached photo. There is often no room to change after a workout, despite many unused lockers.nn- Young people are vaping in the changing rooms.nn- Personal trainers change frequently, and I sometimes question their level of competence. For instance, I’ve never seen even one demonstrate proper rowing technique, and that’s just one example.nn- Despite the improved shower cleanliness, always wear flip-flops or similar footwear.
Hate this place but it's the only 24h option. Really trashy people yelling into phones the entire time, bags left all over the floor, not cleaning machines they get off, men standing directly next to you even when there's 10 machines free elsewhere. Music so loud you can't hear your earbuds. UNISEX toilets. Very ... Diverse
Although I personally don't attend the Gym, many do as its open all day and early evening and as you can see inside it looks well equipped, bright and very clean, there is also vending machines and personal trainers.
Best gym in nuneaton, no sauna or spa etc, but it's a gym not a health club.nGood monthly cost for unlimited access.n24 hours open, 2 hours free parking in multi storey rope walk carpark.nFree classes, vending machines for drinks..2 floors. Heavy down stairs, free weights, squats etc.nLight cardio stuff upstairs.nIf you want to get in shape, definitely come here..nI've been to all the gyms in nuneaton, and this is by far the best and biggest..nNeed another leg extension and leg curl machine though, always seems to be a queue for these, gyms too big in my opinion to only have one... plenty of squat racks though downstairs and leg press up and down...
