Amazing gym! The equipment is excellent, the team are friendly, and the atmosphere is always motivating. But the real standout is the classes — absolutely the best! I always leave feeling energised and stronger. Highly recommend
The new shower area is lovely. The water is nice and warm. Thank you so much. I am also grateful for the upgrade of some of the machines to new one. The brand new lockers look absolutely amazing. Thank you so much
The gym is no longer fit for purpose. The only time you can now go and not have to stand around waiting for equipment is at 6AM. It used to be that you could go in the day and you’d be able to do a workout, that time is gone. I do wonder if PureGym has any restrictions on members, the gyms are definitely far busier than they used to be
The gym is dirty and understaffed. There's also a ceiling leak in the middle of the training area that's gone unreported for 7 days.nThey have a very limited selection of light dumbbells but an illogical abundance of 30-40kg dumbbells.nThe only positive is that it's open 365 days a year.
Awful awful gym. The staff stand around watching people leave weights in all sorts of places and don’t bother tidying or cleaning up. There is absolutely no gym etiquette and consideration for others around you, you’ll be lucky if you can find a matching pair of weights on the same floor. A lot of the machines are broken or not working properly, needs a lot of work. The only time you can work out without waiting in a queue for equipment is after 9pm or before lunchtime Don’t bother with this gym!
