PureGym offers something for people of all training abilities. This gym is clean and tidy with a decent amount of modern usable equipment and has various regular classes and PTs in house. In my opinion is good value for money, with ample easy parking 3 hour time limit.nThe staff without exception are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.nA big thank you in particular to gym manager Tom who has improved the daily running of this gym no end.nKeep up the good work
Good local gym. Great regular clients who keep coming back. Staff are always friendly and helpful with any concerns or queries. Used the PT services as well which offer a wide range of different PTs to pick from depending on your goals. The gym runs regular classes that are a great way to gain familiarity with the equipment and facility.nLimit of two small changing rooms but do have a selection of separate showers however these have a tendency of flooding occasionally. Would highly recommend as a general, cost efficient gym for those who live in Maldon and the surrounding area.
Look I can't say much as this gym has changed my life but unfortunately it has its limitations and problems. Firstly the filthy customers who leave the showers and toilets in a minging state urinating all over the seat and never flushing after then blocking the toilets up and flooding the place. Honestly they wouldn't do it at home. As for the limitations they could do with some proper decline benches. Lat raise machine or bicep machine would also be nice. It has the essentials you need but nothing more. It's a good gym just not a great gym though it has transformed me
Switched her from Chelmsford. Not as many machines but better variation and more spaced out. The room to move without feeling like your treading on someone's toes is a big bonus. Staff seemed friendly. Plenty of 3 hours free parking.
Super spacious gym, got all equipment I need to complete my workouts. Very friendly atmosphere created by the team especially the manger Tom, he’s always super attentive and always here to help.
