Look I can't say much as this gym has changed my life but unfortunately it has its limitations and problems. Firstly the filthy customers who leave the showers and toilets in a minging state urinating all over the seat and never flushing after then blocking the toilets up and flooding the place. Honestly they wouldn't do it at home. As for the limitations they could do with some proper decline benches. Lat raise machine or bicep machine would also be nice. It has the essentials you need but nothing more. It's a good gym just not a great gym though it has transformed me
Decent gym with plenty of equipment, never too busy I use around 2pm even at peak times though you can get what you need done. Most members are regulars. Don't use personal trainers but they seem good from what I can see when they are helping other members. Everything is clean and in good condition, I often see staff going round giving things a dust or once over so things don't get grubby. Air conditioning is good so 5 stars all round!
Weird set up and doesn't have all the machines that all the other branchs have, Looks like it's only just started and could do with being set out properly. I really don't like the chain link fencing that surrounded the mirror room. It looks unprofessional, but apart from that, I managed to get my session in. People here don't really clean machines down after use, which could be handy to have the staff clean round every hour instead
A good gym but the shower facilities are a bit of a let down. The showers are blocked and there is black mould.
