Great gym & lovely staff, especially Ella! She's always so friendly and ready to help. I've attended a few of her classes since joining last year and she's great at explaining each exercise and helping people adapt it to their ability level.
I mean it’s a cheap gym and good for on the go or if your travelling allot.nnHowever not for me facilities where ok however it did always fill a bit unclean as there isn’t normally any staff aroundnnAll round ok for the price it’s better spending the extra 10 pounds a month and going to a small business gym as I just find them all round better experiencennNeeds more equipment as well
Whilst away from home Pure Gym was ideal for the three days I was there.nEasy to join on line and everything I needed was available. Clean and equipment mostly well maintained. Three treadmills were out of action.
Terrible gym, I don’t recommend anyone joining,ni am a member at the puregym in black water maldon CM9 and i am not happy with the service, i'm a paying member, have been for a while now, i've lost my pin the app is always logging me out, the pin also always keeps changing that's why i didn't save it down, this time the showers are always cold, the equipment is always in a state, and the gym never gets new equipment, some of the treadmills ain't never working half the time plus the monthly pay keeps going up, the staff are never around, even when i'm there early, I’ve been trying to get through by emails, just so I can get my pin so I can get back in to the app, and here I am over 24 hours later with yet still not one single response, there is literally no staff to contact, what so ever for help, when you struggling to sign back in, and so yeah I don’t advise anybody joining any pure gyms to be honest cos they are all a joke….
