One star because today 13/2/2025 it was 7 degrees inside . Staff wear gloves and hats and it’s terrible conditions to work let alone train . Will be cancelling like many others I have spoke too . Toilets filthy , toilet floors never cleaned even with staff on duty . Needs more cleaners / hours and some sort of inside front door surround . Just a note the heaters / ac are 5 meters above the floor and heat rises so whoever planned this did it wrong . Needs cleaning stations and the stair machines are full of mud at the bottom . Nothing pure about this gym .
If you haven’t been to Pure Gym now is the time. The amazing team is working 24/7 to help ANYONE they can . Also great for your mental health , great way to off load after or before work
It is a freezer… workout like outdoors.. and never seen toilets and shower area cleaned

However, sometimes it can get overcrowded, making it challenging to navigate through the different areas.nnOverall, I enjoy coming to the gym, but addressing these areas could enhance the overall experience for members. Joined last May. Have really enjoyed. Can be busy but app lets you know. Everyone seems friendly and it’s a bargain to join!
