It's a good gym that I can't rate higher than 4*.nnThe facilities are high, there are 2 floors and much stuff always making sure you have something to do. The equipment also has instructions on them to help any new people.nnThe other facilities are good. The lockers are working, and the showers and the locker room itself are always clean and spacious.nnThe staff aren't really there and the place is more of a place to go to and hope there's people there. There's help places to go to but not very helpful if you can't get to them.nnCancellations are the reason you can't get 5*. This company loves money more than anything. Cancellations are harder than going to the moon without any suit. You don't have to do any forms, but they are just resistant to do it, and you have to complete a mission to get the 1st step done. Overall, it is impossible.nnI recommend going to this gym as a one-off, but don't bother with a membership with Pure gym at all.
Good value for money. Equipment works and they try to clean the toilets reasonably. My problem is that the carpets smell so bad the moment you enter that place and it triggers my allergies. I stopped going because of the carpet smell. Also seems understaffed maybe even no staff because I haven’t seen any on non regular hours ‍
Pretty decent gym and the three month joiners offer is incredible value for money. Generally clean and well provisioned gym with a good mix of machines and weights for everyone over 2 floors. There's no sauna or pool or anything like that but if gym is what you want, gym is what you get and it's pretty good.
Only been going to the gym since late January and it has already become part of me. Steadily increasing my stamina and progressing the gains nnThe 1st photo is day 1 at the gym, 1.46miles after 23mins not great, 2nd photo was 6 weeks later at 2.41miles after 35 mins 5mins was cool down
The gym is good, staff are phenomenal people.nBut the price.. yeah, it’s too expensive.nTo have a normal membership & be able to go in when you want without time restrictions, you need to pay more.n& the £10 joining fee feels like a punishment of sorts.n-1 member of pure gym.
