Just went in for a shower as we were camping in wales not too far away, its brilliant to have a membership like that, and use all the gyms in the UK just not sure about Ireland, Gym it self seemed okay no weird smells or anything like that. looked pretty good
Lovely gym, good environment for training and getting fit quickly. Plenty of cardio machines and love the training room that is available around the classes. Theres also a free space, like a big square mat where you can train with medicine balls, weighted bags + weighted sled and do circuits etc.nnI haven't really started on the weights so I can't say anything about that side - it looks like it can get quite busy. I was surprised to see so many people there at 6am. There's loads of equipment so I'm sure you can get a space there each time.nnIt's the cheapest gym around where I live so can't get better around here.nnThe morning classes are ideal, start early and there's freedom to increase the weight or intensity yourself. The instructors are very good and approachable, very helpful and don't mind being quizzed.
Just rejoined after a spell away. So nice to see the initial issues this gym had have all been resolved. This is a great place to train, IMO head and shoulders above its main competition, and less than half the price. A No Brainer really.
Always have a nice time and experience but i never attend during the staffed hours until today and its making me question my membership.ni went it as i tend to do with a friend in my jeans and boots and was rudely greeted by a female member of staff who took a tone with myself and friend demanding us change it to appropriate attire or leave now, im affraid this is unacceptable behaviour for a member of staff to be taking when i first walk through the door absolutely unacceptable when times are hard and money for items that rarely are worn.n“Comfortable attire” is suprjectibe to myself jeans are comfortable as for boots i wear them as a couple years back i snapped my ankle and struggle to walk in anything except boots so clearly im unable to use your premises
This gym has drastically improved since it first opened and I believe this is due to a change of staff, it's now a very good gym and worth every penny of the membership fee. I've done some classes with Danny and they are always excellent. The only one area for improvement, would be having a cleaning station so people can clean the equipment after use. They seem to have them in every other PureGym so this must just be an oversight, but nevertheless it would be important to get this fixed.
