We have a number of clinics based in South Yorkshire, East Anglia and the North West.

We provide physiotherapy in a clinic setting for many common conditions including but not limited to;
-Sports injuries
-Musculoskeletal problems
-Rheumatology
-Chronic pain
-Post operative rehabilitation
-Medico-legal
-Obstetrics (ante / post natal, we have staff specially trained in acupuncture during pregnancy)


Home visits can be arranged for those patients unable to attend a clinic setting

All our physios are registered with the health professions council and chartered society of physiotherapy

Any physiotherapist praciticing acupuncture is also a member of the acupuncture association of physiotherapists.

Physiotherapy sessions are £30
We are recognised by most leading private health care providers such as bupa, AXA and westfield.

I went to Pure Physio after suffering awful knee pain for a month due to a tight IT band. I made an appointment with Aishwarya Gundye. One month later after 4 appointments and a stretching and exercise programme to follow my knee is now fine. I will always keep doing the programme as it will be helpful going forward. I would like to thank Aishwarya for helping me and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pure Physio and Aishwarya, a truly helpful and caring person.
I began treatment with Pure Physio Anna after a car accident which resulted in an injury to my dominant hand. Anna was fantastic and helped me more than I could've hoped, even my family have noticed a marked improvement. If you need physio, Pure Physio is the only way to go. Thanks Anna, 5* service :
Anna has really help me on my road to recovery after I was injured in an accident. Excellent knowledge and ability which helped me recover mobility in my spine. I would recommend to anyone who is suffering back pain.
Glen was my Physio, he was professional and very knowledgeable in my recovery process. Glen understood how important it was for me to return to crossfit after my injury. Glen provided the knowledge and tools to continue with the sport whilst recovering. Thank you Glen
I ended up at pure physio after a car crash that aggravated a back injury I was recovering from, i honestly cant sing enough praise for pure physio Glenn who's helped me and family, I highly recommend them if you find your self in need of physiotherapy to not hesitate with pure. I've been to multiple physiotherapists in the last year due to my injury's but glenn has explained everything way more then any other previous and has reduced my pain loads A + service thanks.
Had a car accident in November no fault of mine and had Anna for my physio my last session was today March and I can honestly say she has helped me so much I could barley move when I first went and today I’m in such a better way still aches and pains here and there but nothing compared to what I was, Anna was so friendly and welcoming made me feel really comfortable and could tell that she really wanted to help me she was also very knowledgeable and told me everything she was doing and why I can’t thank her enough for all the help she has given me.
The lady I had providing me with physio, Anna, was lovely and made me feel comfortable. Having physio really helped with my back pain after having a crash and she was excellent!
Glen has made me feel really comfortable and was understanding of my needle phobia. I Now have accupuncture with no problems or stress.
I started my treatment with miren mistry he was very helpful getting my knee pain under control with the exercises he gave me he explained it all very well and a very good listener well done with the good work you do excellent service
Fantastic service with friendly therapists who throughly listen to you needs and make you feel at ease at all times. Highly recommended.
