I came here a couple weeks ago for the first time. It’s on the high street, and there is close parking available free after 6:30pm. The gym is quite big, and on my first visit, it was a little confusing getting round because of the two stairs going down stairs and having different rooms for different apparatus. But I got the hang of it quickly. Changing rooms are very spacious too. Shower and toilet area kept clean too.
Pretty decent gym in general. However one thing I would say is that it gets very hot inside especially in the free weights room downstairs, and the fact that it closes over the weekend is pretty frustrating. Apart from that it’s got everything you need for a good workout.
Very well managed gym. Always well maintenaded , clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. The manageress is extremely professional.
Quite unhappy with the experience I’ve had at this gym. I go to the PureGym at Holborn but since it was temporarily shut, I was asked to use the one at Farrington. I waited outside for 20 mins to be let in and nobody showed up. I pressed the button for assistance at the door and there was no response. Unsatisfactory customer service - if the gym in understaffed they should write that outside so that one doesn’t waste their time.
Overall good gym for Central London. It's on multiple floors and there is very poor mobile connection. I haven't seen having a free WIFI so it's a bit inconvenient for being contacted during training or/and using internet for music. Has plenty of equipment, however, for almost 6 months one free weight room was closed due to some water leak issue. Could use a bit more equipment such as dips machine, abs machine and some free weight machines for back. Other than thatball good.
Great gym! Spacious, excellent range of cardio equipment, big studio, decent weight room and they have a very wide range of machines all under one roof!
Dark and small underground gym without hot water through the showers for three weeks. Poor customer service that sends automatic replies or doesn't reply at all. I cancelled my membership.
Membership here is worthy. Have student discount. Wonderful gym.
Its OK. Not the biggest or best of the Pure Gym venues. Has plenty of cardio, some machines and almost no free weights options. Not bad for a quick workout after work but nothing more really. Changing rooms are a lil shabby so prob best to shower at home/office. Plus point is on weekdays its open basically 24 hours :
