I was recommended to Pure Body Balance by a friend of mine who had been to them after having surgery on her back. They were very thorough and saw her through the whole process step by step. After I started suffering with back pain, my doctor did nothing, my physiotherapist didn't help either. I was recommended to see pure body balance. They were terrific, so knowledgeable and in depth in the way they dealt with my problem, more so than any other therapist I've seen before. I now have no back pain and am exercising on a regular basis with them to improve my strength and to return to playing tennis again. I can not recommend them higher.

Incredible! 15 years of suffering with various debilitating back problems and to add insult to injury, problems with my digestion. It took but a short time for the expertise of both Karen and Adrian to bring me to where I am this day. Strong and healthy and about to embark on the biggest physical challenge of my life! It is my view they are indeed an authority on holistic health care and specialist fitness.
