Good job I was 20 minutes early for my as thats nearly as long as my tea took.  Terrible customer service with the most unfriendly manner - but it was 6.45am :(

When will virgin east coast do something about this inferior place to buy food and drink on their main platform?! One person serving and not appealing food at all. Get Greggs here and what an improvement it would dramatically be!! The reviews have been abysmal for a long long time and things get no better

Staff disgusting! 
I was actually swore and shouted at after a member of staff refused to change my drink after she got my order wrong. I told her my train was about to arrive she said she didn't care told me to shut up and refused to give me a refund.

Coffee bearable. Staff awful. Hardly a word spoken and not even a smile. Coffee was plonked down at other end of counter from where I was standing and I was not offered any chocolate for my cappuccino. One member of staff was doing a stock take right next to exit. She made no move to let me out the door or help me through with my case.Terrible advertisement for Darlington and my fellow Darlingtonians. Strongly advise that you use Kiosk outside instead. I certainly will.
