i like it its nice to know i can get off the train and coffe is almost waiting for me, and i liked the loyalty card.

Disgustingly rude place- approached counter and asked coffee- lady walked away to do something else than came back. some fruits fell down by me and I Honestly didn't realise and lady behind me picked them up and I said thank u. She than said to this lady on counter and lady went- excuse me you dropped my fruits and didn't even pick up. I said I am sorry I didn't realise and she went on making wired faces and saying I was rude and bla bla... Would never buy anything from here. Rubbish people and Rubish service.

Awful!!!!!! They put so much milk in my tea it was like drinking hot watered down milk, no taste of tea at all no matter how long I left to tea bag in. Only got half cups for £2 each!!!

Just wanted to buy a coffee, when approached a shop with hello, lady said something with her bad mud, I was waiting until she's served me but she was so busy with doing something with newspaper, It was look like she stands as punishment there, At the end I left without coffee, very very bad service!!!!
