Disgusting customer service. I was not spoken to once, I gave my order, paid and left without a word being said to me. I purchased a pesto panni and it was diabolical! I took it back and told them it was disgusting they just took it and put it in the bin! No sorry no money back!!??? NEVER USE THEM!!!!!

Asked for flat white with oat milk, got a very weak black coffee with a lot of unsteamed oat milk, so overfilled that it poured all over my hand when carrying. Disappointing. Got 1 star for quick and friendly service

Horrible service, said left 9 min to close and didn't sell food and closed 5 min to 7pm. Very bad attitude to the customers.

Really bad slow service. We had to leave our drinks already paid behind or miss our train. Only one really slow batista making drinks. A business should not sell fancy drinks if they do not have staff to make them efficiently. Definitely not coming back.

The coffee here is ok but the venue is appalling - threadbare, torn & stained sofas and dirty floor.

Slow and very expensive, a chicken sandwich bottle coke, 3 wispa's and a Kinder chocolate was £13.65 joke!

Sitting on platform 11. NOTHING on sale in pumpkin cafe is gluten free. They have a long list of food on sale with possible allergies next to them. All have gluten. Wake up - those of us who can’t eat gluten have to eat too.

Nobody else read this I'm going to view it in a cafe near train station that's be good however I will be going up there at some point to see where it or not to see the cafe there or not could not got no pictures so I'm going up to have something from the cafe
