Come in here every so often and always see Courtney who seems to work a lot. Good service and she's pretty quick at getting your order sorted. People complaining about prices clearly never go to any other coffee shop as they're all pretty much the sameFood: 5/5
Was in a rush to catch my train and went in to pumpkin cafe to get a hot drink and the guy that works there with the beanie hat on think he was called Aron was very helpful and was quick as well didn’t end up missing my train lovely guy.
Great stop for a quick cuppa on the way up to town. Lovely service from Courtney!
Incredibly slow service considering this is in a train platform. Two miserable looking staff members with poor eye contact who looked like they’d rather be anywhere else. Very poor
Pumpkin cafe at ramsgate station.friendly staff, always clean,great hot chocolate. Its s little expensive but irs a station cafe and they all are.
Really friendly staff and a good range of snacks and drinks.
Great to see the platform 1 kiosk open again at long last!!! Especially nice with the festive decorations. The coffee is much better than the place up top on the high street, and service is very quick, especially if you're trying to catch a train...If you have a bit more time, they also do toasted sandwiches & paninis, plus muffins, gluten free brownies, and all kinds of multi deals & such. Service is friendly & efficient. Highly recommended!
Served by a lovely lady called Zara. Excellent friendly service and great coffee on what felt like a manic day.
Closed at 13h15 even though says open till 17h00. Woman inside talking to a friend, but very rude in the manner she spoke to say she was closed
