Puffin Packaging has let my small food business down on five consecutive orders. They sent liners in the wrong size, shipped fewer boxes than invoiced, supplied the wrong cold packs, sent one order to the wrong address, and most recently held back a paid order, because their finance team didn't check, even though payment cleared before their deadline and sales confirmed they were sending it—then only told me at 17:00 when no local suppliers were open and their own phone lines were closed. Each mistake caused costly delays or refunds, and their only response on the last mistake was a token promise of free postage next time. When I asked for a same-day courier to fix their latest error, they refused and defaulted to next-day delivery. Poor reliability, slow communication, and no real accountability—after five strikes I’m moving to another supplier.
Excellent Company who provide a great service. Friendly staff and great facilities.
