I look forward to having rubbish to clear out just so I can visit. Easy to find where to put your items and if you're not sure, the staff are always on hand. The guys are always very friendly and helpful with customer service skills to rival any high-street outlet you could think of. My daughter wanted to watch one of the diggers crushing scrap metal, but one of the guys had to advise us that possible flying debris would pose a safety risk. Bro was so kind and tactful that he even apologised to us the silly ones!. Great work guys, you are a credit to the recycling industry!
I used their services for the first time the other week and had a very smooth experience. It was a straightforward process to book a slot online. On the day, staff were friendly and helpful in directing me around the site and advising me of what type of items to put in which bins.

The site is still working on advanced slot bookings as of 04/08/21. You have to book a slot via the website, and you get given a 15min window to arrive. I found this booking process very simple and straight forward. I arrived a few minutes after my slot started. There was only one visible member of staff upon arrival but they were very helpful and polite, they checked my booking quickly and asked what I had brought and advised me to where I needed to go. With Covid restrictions, there were only four bays to park in the main area, but given the slot booking system it meant that arrivals were controlled anyway. 15mins was more than enough time needed and I found the process overall incredibly simple and efficient - I kind of hope they keep it going forward to prevent the free for all that it used to be.nnThe items they can take are listed on the gov website, but it'd be handy if there were some sort of site map so I have a bit of a rough idea before visiting where I need to be going - it isn't a large site, but I do feel like every time I visit I have to walk around figuring out what goes where.
