A couple of steps up to the building. Friendly staff and dentists

My daughter is visiting me & her crown has fallen off, she wanted a consultation to hopefully have it put back on as she won't be going back to her own dentist for a few weeks. She is a private customer who was willing to pay whatever the cost but straight away the unprofessional receptionist said NO without listening to her details. She wrongly assumed my daughter wanted NHS treatment even though she was told 3times my daughter expected to pay & then after cutting her off & my daughter querying why the receptionist proclaimed "we are very expensive it will cost you a fortune" This is before my daughter even gave her any details. What dentist starts the customer process by trying to put them off with a proclamation that they over charge ?
