AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! They do not deserve the star to be honest. Moved my furniture and car from the UK to Hobart. When they collected my belongings the removal guys were not aware that the car was going well so I feel the packing was rushed. My belongings arrived on the 16/03/24 and I got a phone call to say my car was ready to be picked up but what they neglected to say was that my car was damaged and was not drivable. PSS then informed me that Removal Claims Services would be dealing with my claim. Removal Claims Services was useless. They told me that I should pay for towing my vehicle from the depot to the garage even though the vehicle was damaged whilst in transit under their care. They said that PSS’s contract with me ended when the car arrived in Hobart therefore they are not responsible for covering the insurance whilst the car was getting fixed which left me in a desperate position because I can not insure a car that’s not registered and for the car to be registered, it needs to be fixed first. When I call Removals Claims Services they keep saying they will get back to me once they have spoken to PSS . They have declined to compensate me for all inconvenience they have caused and to top it up they want me to pay for pay $100 for them to handle my claim. After several emails and phone calls I’m still waiting for the issue to be resolved which is further uncompensated inconvenience.

I was a bit suspicious given the rates are lower here than most of the quotes I got from other agencies, but the response time was amazing, and all my boxes made it. Granted my stuff were just clothes, electronics and books I didn’t experience anything breaking upon arrival.  If it’s the first time you use a moving company in the UK to another country North America for me, and you’re considering this service, do take advantage of the phone contact service while you’re in the UK, the customer service team was very patient, I could even get help with this method if I need help understanding the forms and paperwork. Always confirm exactly if you’re not sure what can go into the moving box, the quote details, and what are the next steps. Once you’re out of the UK, the communication falls to email and DHL for any further actions and tracking.  Additional note unrelated to PSS, but I’d recommend taping all edges of your boxes especially if it’s &gt;10kg. Any rain or dampen surface would open the boxes at the edge. Surprisingly nothing was missing in that box. I saw some of the edges got repatched by the crew, and I appreciate it greatly. Recommended.

I can only comment on the initial stages of my experience with PSS as our belongings haven't reached our destination of Abu Dhabi as yet. So far the communication has been brilliant and the gentleman that came to pack was highly experienced. Our things were packed and boxed well and ready to leave in a couple of hours. I hope my experience with PSS continues this way until our items reach our destination.

Terrible shipping company, avoid at all costs. I was shipping belongings from the UK to Australia, and they were initially very helpful. However, once paid and shipped, problems started appearing.  When the goods arrived in Australia, I was contacted by a third party, Kent, who apparently manage all the customs and delivery in Australia. I was not made aware that there was another company involved, and that I would have to deal with them directly, rather than with PSS, for the delivery. Then, this company asked me for more money in the hundreds of pounds for customs clearance, and I was surprised since I was not made explicitly aware that the final price paid to PSS was not the 'final' price it was in the fine print, of course. I tried to contact PSS to ask if the charge was legitimate but this was just before Christmas and apparently the entirety of PSS are off for the entire Christmas period until after NYE with no emergency support, so I was left to deal with this unexpected third party by myself.  When my boxes arrived, they were completely and utterly battered to hell photos below. One of the framed pictures that I shipped, clearly marked 'fragile', was completely ruined. Kent blamed PSS, and so I emailed PSS for an explanation, but as of today 3 days later, they have completely ignored my email. Curiously, they were VERY responsive before I'd paid for anything.  Avoid this company unless you want all of your shipping ruined, and zero support once it's been shipped.

PSS have been amazing in the way they handled our move to France. From the easy to chat to staff to the guys that turned up to do the move. The actual guys that did the move could not have been more professional and friendly. They worked their socks off and remained friendly and helpful at all times. I would highly recommend PSS to anyone

The whole team from Rhy's initially making contact and answering all our questions, Millicia who organised our pick up and transport for our container and definitely the 3 John's who packed everything so carefully and had everything planned and organised before they even arrived. We shipped 2 cars and household stuff and it didn't phase one of them, they knew how to do it and I am confident in what they did. Cant wait to meet my things on the other side. Thanks PSS.

So far so good. Locating from Scotland to South Africa. PSS were by far the most professional and competitive in getting our business.  We got a good price for a door-to-door service with a sole use 20ft container and insurance. Customer service team have so far been great and their partner Purdie removals up in Glasgow were friendly,  professional and efficient. Communication from our moving manager at PSS thus far has been good and our freight is on its way. Hopefully this positive experience will last until our freight is delivered.

I was recommended to use PSS and what a great recommendation.  Everything was arranged and on the day of collection, the packers arrived on time and keen to get to work.  All my items were then carefully but speedily wrapped and protected and soon everything was ready to go.  Each package was labelled with its own identification code and then all carefully packed into the truck.  It was a great packing service, and then the team at the office have also been very helpful and efficient.  Now we can look forward to our belongings arriving on the other side of the world, knowing that for their journey, they are in safe hands. Thank you PSS - great quality of service.
