Absolutely the worst Post Office I have ever been to. The staff don't know how to use their computers, not surprising as they are incompetent. 
They also have not learned (despite their many advanced years) to talk to customers in a dignified manor. 
I would rather drive the extra 5 miles round trip to Crawcrook Post Office where I receive a much higher standard of service . 
if I could give ZERO stars I would .
