I went in to try a few styles of dresses on (as I'm terrible at knowing what looks good on me!), and had a great experience here! Although my wedding isn't until 2020, I wasn't made to feel foolish for looking early. Ellie was absolutely brilliant and although I could tell that they were busy I didn't feel rushed or ignored at all. Ellie was amazing and I just want to thank her for her lovely manner and service. I definitely feel that I will be returning here soon!

Came here with my friend to try on dresses for her wedding. Was an absolutely awful experience completely opposite from the wonderful experience you would expect.

Absolutely discusting customer service. Made to feel like we were time wasters when we had every intention of buying a dress. The bridal assistant wasn't very helpful and was not pleasant. The dress was very expensive but I was made to feel like I was just purchasing a t shirt. My entourage and I were left in the changing room while the assistant left us and sat at the front desk with a stuck up attitude. Unbelievable! Any brides to be beware!!

Unfortunately neither myself, daughter or step daughter had a good experience on separate occasions. The original lady we saw was nice but later dealing with them on the fone was difficult. The manager was quite abrupt and really didn't care. My stepdaughter had the same experience and she was looking for a wedding dress. The lady who dealt with us was grumpy, unenthusiastic and cudnt give a hoot.  Why did anyone want to spend upwards of £1000 with them? Not us.

Would highly recommend Prudence gowns its the best shop around, there dresses are stunning and they have such a variety! staff were amazing and so friendly! definitely worth a visit.
