Purchased a car last May. Initial dealing with them in terms of test driving etc was good hence the 1*. After paying a deposit on the car they then tried to up the sale price saying they advertised it wrong. Not my problem. Eventually they agreed to sell it for the price originally agreed which was without any discount.There was some work to do on the car that I noticed at the time which they agreed to do and they also agreed to put it through an MOT. Everything was almost a ‘bodge job’ and because they were already “losing money on the car” they were reluctant to go out of their way to help. it was another month before I could take it away. 3 months later (once the warranty had expired) the coolant starts leaking out. 6 months later the engine management light comes on. I haven’t even had the car a year yet and i’ve spent £700 on it. The AC stopped working a month in too and apparently it’s not just a simple case of re-gassing - to sort the problem will cost £300. Definitely would not recommend

Caveat emptor. Very poor standards of car sales. Come across nice and caring but once you've bought your car that's it. They don't want to know. Oh, please don't bother with the 'extended warranty' from Warranty Wise. Hardly worth the paper it's wrote on. It's also a scam as they will tell you that "because you took the extended warranty out, our 3 month warranty is now void". My daughters car she got from them has been more trouble in 2 months than her old car was in 30 months. She soon found out from Warranty wise that 'that's not covered' and 'this isn't covered by your cover'. Total waste of money. Avoid. Read star rating as -5 as can't give less than 1.

Went there to look at at 4x4 for work..about 6 months ago. Had it checked by the AA and the car was deemeded unsafe to drive. I put down a deposit before this. They never returned my deposit when selling a car that not just was not fit for purpose but is Dangerous. Avoid them. They are complete scammers and con artists as far as they treated me..how anyone can sell a car in that state of disrepair. Cosmetic isn't an issue but chassis damage is Dangerous and not to mention the engine problems. Of course no mention of this to me also blamed me for asking it to be checked like it was my fault. If you want decent second hand cars do not go here. I want my money back!!

AVOID!! Bad cars and the after sales care is terrible. Did not get the extended warranty as promised

Do not go anywhere near these dodgy dealers, just discovered that the super glue parts together to get a sale!!!!
