Looking for my first home to rent was a very nerve racking experience for me. However Prospect Helped me every step of the way. The service has been fantastic, great communication throughout and always personable and friendly. My interactions include Callum@Bracknell branch, he is very friendly, professional and personable. He provided me with lots of information in regards to renting for the first time, he is extremely knowledgeable, honest in his approach and I felt he provided great advice. ChrisClarke@Camberley Sent me some properties to view online and although I didn't think any of those properties would suit. I was asked by Chris why that may be. It was really great that he took the time to know what our requirements were. Consequently Chris was able to show us a great property that ticked the boxes ( Which I would have otherwise not viewed) .With his Help , we found our new place!! Again, he is very friendly, professional and personable. Thank You!! Ryan and I are very excited to move into our new home :)

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! On moving in we found the property to be extremely dirty, the previous tenants belongs still in the property and we had no form of heating, along with a massive list of faults that needed attention - due to the state of the property and having a 7 month old, we were unable to move into the property for a number of days, which was extremely stressful and costly. All of this would have been acceptable if Prospect had bent over backwards to resolve the issues, instead we are four weeks on and I am having chase them all the time making endless amounts of phone calls and sending many emails, just to be ignored- i even requested for the manage to call me 9 days ago and was told her diary is very busy, I still haven't had the call!!! I had to take additional time of work and pay for items myself so the property was livable and safe for our little one. All in all it has been an extremely stressful and costly move, above what was to be expected.

I had a very bad experience with them. I had no problems with viewings and their communication, they are top-notch for that. I was a first time buyer and found a property via them, I had made an offer and the offer was accepted, then I went forward for securing a mortgage, but since they were greedy they asked for a higher price down the line and we accepted to avoid headaches, but they were not very happy with that and asked even more! Sorry, but this is not the best practice for long-term business, hope the extra £100 commission was worth it, but please be considerate of other people's lives.

The team at Prospect have been fantastic throughout the process of letting my property. The customer service far exceeded my expectations from day one. The team kept me updated and provided unprompted helpful guidance and advice . The marketing of my property was excellent and Prospect were very proactive in their approach - sourcing suitable tenants very quickly. I highly recommend Prospect

Fantastic service throughout the office. I purchased my property through Nick, Andy, Shaun and Phil who were extremely helpful and excellent in giving us what we needed/answering any questions. Successfully let the property through Shannon and Chris, who found me a tenant within days. This is my first investment property and couldn't have gone any smoother. Chuffed to bits, I would highly recommend Prospect in Camberley.
