After having our property on the market for 6 months with another estate agent and only having less than a handful of viewings, we were beginning to question the state of the market and our property itself. But our faith was restored after trusting the team at Property Plus to sell our house. Within 1 week the Sales agent Maria had arranged a viewing which happened to be the one and only as an offer was made there and then for the full asking price! I cannot express how grateful we are for Property Plus ensuring that the entire selling process was straightforward and as smooth as possible. The office staff are very polite, professional and communication between themselves and their clients is superb. The sales team obviously do an excellent job at showcasing the potential of the property that they are tasked with selling. The service from start to finish was exceptional, the staff were polite and friendly and created a personalised experience tailored to us. As first time buyers the team helped us to understand the process and provided useful information. Not knowing the area; the team provided us with excellent local knowledge based around our personal circumstances to help us find the perfect property for us. The team kept us updated throughout the process, including chasing solicitors on a daily basis to ensure we got the keys on the date required. I used the team from property plus with the sale of my home and I would definitely recommend them. The service I received from the first phone call to when I handed my keys over on completion was excellent. All staff were friendly, professional and would go above and beyond to help if necessary.
