Come for the gains, stay for the vibes!nI’ve been training at Progress Work Gym for just over a year now and let me tell you, this place is not your fancy-pants, avocado-toast-on-a-treadmill type of gym. Nope. This is where real work happens. The kind of place where protein powder is practically in the air and grunting is a second language.nSure, it's not wrapped in chrome and mirrors like some posh “fitness boutiques” but you’re not here to take selfies in the sauna, you’re here to move iron and build glory. nnThe people? Absolute legends. Zero judgment, maximum encouragement. Whether you’re a gym beast or someone who just discovered what a dumbbell is everyone fits in.nThe owner? Friendly, funny, and more pumped than my biceps after arm day. The staff? Always helpful, always positive.nnBottom line: Progress Work Gym is where you come to sweat, grow, and accidentally form a second family. 10/10 would recommend, just don’t expect a spa. Expect progress.

I was in the area and just used the gym on a one day pass. No complaints whatsoever, this gym has a very good range of equipment, and will use again next time I'm in Leicester.

Been to loads of gyms and I honestly have to say this is the best around, everything from the equipment to supplements, nothing has been left to chance. and to top it off the tidyness of the place is unreal - ALL member tidy up after themselves, all plates are put back in order, and dumbells are paired.nnGym members are great all friendly and not one attitude to be seen.nnThanks Neil - an amazing GYM
