Worst person and experience. Kept delaying the actual visit, rudely by not acknowledging calls, messages, giving all kinds of reasons.Then when he came, he told me bluntly- washing machine drum broken, need new machine. Offered me to sell a refurbished machine he had in back of his van. I agreed to that- price and the work, but when he got the machine , told me he cannot fit the waste pipe , but he will only wire it up, basically doing incomplete work. When I politely requested and said he fit it fully so the machine is functional , he got angry. He said he cannot do that and told me to pay £20 callout charge and he would leave.Nobody wants a half done job for the price agreed. I was ready to pay callout charges, asked him to put back the old machine, and oven (which was next to the washing machine and he had taken it out for checking the washing machine) he became abuse, hurled abuses as he left. I was willing to pay the callout charge fair and square, but he was absolutely obnoxious, outright horrible, and abusive. Don't go anywhere near him for any kind of work.

Needed a new washing machine and he took the old one away.Saved me money and not hard to pay.Helpful young man thankyou.Definitely recommend Marc

I get all my appliances from Mark. Great prices for appliance and call out charges, very reasonable. Always refer him to others. My Mum swore by him, he supplied and fitted all her appliances. Calls in the evening too, and never keeps you waiting!

I called Marc about replacing the grill element in my cooker. He sourced the part and replaced it the next day. He also waited until I got out of work before calling out. Very reasonably priced also.
