Excellent turn around time on the report level 2 survey. Best money spent when purchasing a house l, Robert was able to find out about issues we didn’t see when viewing the property now in process of renegotiations. I used Proenergis for a level 2 Survey in Long Eaton, Nottingham. from the first call they were very professional and made me feel comfortable that they would do a good job. they visited the property 1 week after my call and had the survey back 2 days from visit. Report was organised swiftly by Proenergis and covers all the areas of interest in a good amount of detail which is reassuring. Pictures are also included with the report which I liked as it helped me keep track of what specifically they were talking about.

Proenergis did a great job with my level 2 survey. Everything was managed efficiently, including accommodating changes on the vendor’s side. The report was clear and concise, and Robert was incredibly helpful in following up a small query arising from the initial survey. Also great value - would thoroughly recommend.
