Been waiting over 3 months for PF office to send a post mortem report to insurance company who had first contact with them at start of April. Despite my signing consent for insurance company to access all records- including access to coroner's report- PF still insisting that AIG send them a specific consent form for PM report. The form sent to them literally says I've given consent to access this. Unbelievable- e mails toing and froing, phone calls from me- not what you want to be doing after losing your husband suddenly. Utterly incompetent.

I've been waiting months for a response regarding a case. They had the cheek to write to me reagrding some false allegations but have been 'investigating' since the start of the year, 5 months of nonsense with the crown ignoring emails. Actual disgrace, ingormation listed here seems like a scam but it isn't.. Best of luck dealing with these people.

Got through in 2 mins I called at 8:30am. Very helpful person on end of the line, answered my query no problem.

Strange place to visit, friendly security guard despite heightened security fears, does have public toilets and friendly staff on reception. Justice will be served with a smile.
