Only 2 stars based on the whole experience. Whilst the work was of an excellent standard the overall feeling was clouded. The owner is unreliable, and can be abusive and obnoxious. He seems to think an email 'DEMAND' for money equals an invoice. A simple request for an invoice for a spend of £7K resulted in a very unpleasant, abusive, and ultimately threatening phonecall. It makes me wonder why such a request resulted in such a way. Not the way to treat a customer in my opinion.
Done a very good job of our drive 3 years ago , now waiting a phone call to reseal the drive . John
