Procare UCD staff is amazing. They're always very mindful and patient. They really take the time to answer questions and medical concerns. I especially want to thank Sharon who has helped me immensely.
I was initially sold a herbal remedy instead of cough medicine. I was later given a full refund. They now do explain to customers that certain medicines are “natural”, so they are attentive to customer complaints.
Excellent pharmacy in a convenient location. Anthony and the team are very helpful, knowledgeable and patient.
A really well stocked pharmacy, with great deals for students and minimal wait time on prescriptions. Huge range of supplements and protein bars.. and so handy that it's located beside the gym too! Staff are always really friendly and helpful.
As a UCD student, Procare is my go-to pharmacy. Conveniently located next to the Student Health Services centre and the Sports centre, I am regularly popping in to collect my prescriptions, grab a healthy snack after the gym, or chat to the friendly staff. Would highly recommend Procare Pharmacy to all UCD students, staff, and visitors.
Staff are always super friendly
A very supportive pharmacy with a wide range of supplies, very friendly staff and minimal wait on prescriptions, with any question on any prescription answered and very well explained. Great value too! Would recommend to everyone
