Just starting to work every other weekend driving..Retired driver with 46 years class one experience so been round the block a bit.Andy and Mitch always very helpful in finding what i want..Pay on time and when they missed off a parking i had payed it was sent to me within a couple of days..no complaints so far

Laura Beddow at the Telford branch managed me with a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm. Within days of being off work I had already found a new place of work. I found the process very easy and was contacted by Laura on a regular basis to ensure I was happy and to resolve any issues. With a quick response every time and constant positivity and support throughout transitions I would highly recommend this service to anybody seeking work.

All staff are really helpful and welcoming. Lydia is incredibly professional and really knows the recruitment business which ensured me I was in good hands. Lydia found me a temporary placement within a week of our first meeting which then led to a permenant placement to which I cannot thank proactive personnel enough for. I would highly recommend this agency!

Only 2 stars im afraid. Walked in and had the initial stage 1 passport, driving license check etc and everything went smooth. I got told by "MRS A" (Not mentioning names) that there was potentially an interview available the day after the meeting with a company as they liked my CV. Unfortunately that same day after leaving Pro-actives office, i had an email back from "MRS A" saying i had too much experience to be considered for the role (i have never heard of too much experience) Secondly after sending 4 emails over the space of 2 weeks i have had no correspondence back from "MRS A" and won't be recommending them to anyone else.
