We are a firm of accountants focused on a real time approach to accountancy, keeping in constant contact with our clients.

Story

We are a firm of Accountants with a difference (hence the name!). Traditionally your Accountant behaves in a “reactive” way reporting on historic trading (sometimes many months later). This feedback is useless to a vibrant business looking for instant feedback on:

-Am I making any money?
-If I am why does it not show in my bank?
-Is my gross margin better or worse than my competitors?
-How can I keep my tax bills to a minimum?
-How can I take money out of the business in the most tax efficient way?

We provide instant answers by using the most up to date cloud based accounts software so an owner can answer these questions instantly.

Not only that but we agree fees in advance and provide 12 months interest free credit on these.

I've been with Pro active accounting less than a week and I can already see a HUGE difference in professionalism from my last accountant. Previously I had been with an accountant who was never pro active in getting back to me, to the point were it was stressing me out every time I had issues with my account's. Late filing etc Within days of signing up with Jon and his team, led my Zakie, they were able to update my companies house account and tax return. I've saved sooo much money, time and stress by joining this great team. Stay away from this company. It's an absolute disgrace. It's as well I started to see the red flags appearing. They will take your money every month but do absolutely nothing. Please believe me if your not on your game with this company you will get into big problems. I have moved to another accounting firm and I'm being told nothing has been done. Paper work ive just picked up are in the same bags and the same position as I left them 11 mouths ago!
Pro-active Accounting have been outstanding in supporting us grow our business over the last 12 months. We started with Proactive Chartered Accountants about 10 years ago and its honestly been one of my better decisions. Jon & his team are always on call and every query is dealt with immediately. Their knowledge and advice on accounts, Wages/PAYE taxation, investments & pensions etc has been invaluable.
