I booked my car in for a full valet, inside and out and polish and was quoted £35. Quite happy I booked it in and arrived on the arranged day to be they wouldn't polish the outside and if I wanted that it would be £50 for a car that size (BMW X3), despite me driving to the car was to enquire initially and the bloke seeing the car. My guess is it was too much trouble as it was a sunny day and guess they're busy on such days so couldn't be bothered with my car. ' What a waste of time they are and clearly dishonourable with it.
