I recently bought tiles from this company and the product is exactly what is says,following the instructions on the website as to what material I would require and ordered for which I received in 2 weeks. Now fitted onto my conservatory and the transformation turned out  great, Extremely delighted with the result. it was an extremely pleasing experience,of doing the job myself following the step by step instructions as per leaflet supplied by the company. Hello Lightweight Tiles, Fitted our tiles at least 5years ago on conservatory roof. Since then,Absolutely NO leaks and they look fantastic. Our roof has a pitch of only 10 degrees Have recommended you to a number of people. Keep up the good work!!

Great product, very easy to use and great service and communication from Lightweight Tiles.  Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of doing a conservatory roof.

Easy to order, quick delivery and after a slow start, fitted neatly and quickly. Each fitting will be slightly different so instructions are a guide. Tiles are quite easy to cut, take time and measure twice. Consider start points and where any cuts or joins may be visible as end caps and guards can cover up these to leave a very professional expensive looking finish.  Cannot comment on durability and longevity of product but it seems very well made and looks great and in no way a 'budget' tile.

Replaced our old conservatory polycarbonate roof with these tiles. Absolutely thrilled with the results. No more leaks, strong enough to stand on so we can reach the roof  guttering to clean out and best of all, the noise the rain made on the old roof is a thing of the past.  Highly recommend this firm, the products and the staff.

Easy ordering process and great help from Laura dealing with my order error in product colour. Looking forward to receiving and fitting the tiles. Update - received promptly and really well protected with layers of cardboard and polythene. Looks an excellent product and can't wait to install them. Update - Great product, really easy to work with, light to handle, easy to cut and fix. Can't praise them highly enough. Just make sure you have a few spare saw blades and drill bits as the grit coating takes the teeth off the blades! And the result has attracted favourable comment from neighbours.

Excellent service - ordered on a Friday and it arrived the following Tuesday. Good instructions came with the kit, and I completed the job in a day by myself competent female DIYer. The new roof looks like it will withstand the neighbourhood cats who had ruined the previous felt roof. I'm really pleased and would highly recommend this system.

Spot on roof tiles, really easy to install and looks really good.
