Satnav screen on my 2016 Tiguan was not fully responding. Filled in the online request form and received a very quick response explaining they understood the issue and that it could be fully repaired. Booked car in an drove to their repair centre the next day. Hamid was very helpful explained the repair procedure and the costs. He said the car would be ready in two hours. He also directed us to the local town and recommended where we could grab some lunch. On the return Hamid explained how the new upgraded satnav worked and even helped program in radio stations etc. Great service and better value than going through main dealer. Thanks again.

I needed some vehicle diagnostic work carried out on my T6 and found SatNav systems. My email was replied to very fast and invited me round. When I arrived I was greeted by a polite female member of staff and then introduced to Hamid who was super friendly and ever so helpful. SatNav systems got me on my way so fast I’m ever so grateful. Satnav Systems UK Ltd is a Reputable Outlet with vast experience on VW in car entertainment system. My VW Passat RNS 510 head unit  became unresponsive, not only was the problem competently diagnosed, defective motherboard was replaced, software and latest road map upgrade. The unit played much better with clarity and ambience well suited for the vehicle. It is good to see an outlet that seeks an environmentally friendly approach by only replacing defective parts rather than deposing off units. SS UK Ltd is a flagship for other outlets to follow and definately recommend a visit you will be pleased and delighted

I normally don’t leave reviews for companies that I’ve done business with.  I knew after my initial contact with SATNAV Systems, more importantly Hamid, that I would be writing a review.  We discussed the practicality of shipping my unit from the USA to the United Kingdom.  It only took 12 days from the time I removed the unit till it was reinstalled.  Hamid kept in contact me throughout the whole process.  Once, you’ve contacted SATNAV Systems, you’ll understand what I’m talking about.  SATNAV Systems is the RIGHT company for your needs!

I received excellent service from Hamid. I thoroughly recommend Satnav Systems after they repaired the infotainment system on my VW Golf. I foolishly took the car to Volkswagen first who charged me £100 to diagnose the problem and without explanation said it needs replacing at the cost of £2500! SatNav Systems did the diagnosis for free and explained very clearly what my options were. I decided to have the infotainment system repaired for less than half the price that Volkswagen quoted me and I have the 12 month warranty too. The customer service was fantastic with all the staff taking care of me and my wife offering tea, coffee or chocolates while you wait. I can't recommend enough. A genuinely customer focused company seems rare these days but this is one of the best.

My RNS510DAB in my VW had stopped working completely. After reviewing I decided to drive to Satnav Systems in person for a diagnosis. I was not disappointed. Hamid and the team did a first rate job of checking everything out completely and getting to the bottom of it. I left a few hours later with a full software update with new maps, speed cameras etc, and everything working like new again for £175 +VAT which I consider to be very reasonable. Satnav Systems provided the best repair service I have ever received from any car repair firm. After the free diagnostic, Hamid presented me with several options to fix the faulty media centre in my VW Golf. 90 minutes later, the job was completed. Then I received a personal tutorial on the system and the upgrades that were included. The whole experience was friendly, efficient, professional and affordable. VW California Infotainment System Head Unit  Just a short note to thank Hamid and Satnav, for such excellent and a very personnel service. I think some larger companies could learn a lot from the experience I received.  As soon as I arrived Hamid came out to greet me and within minutes diagnosed the fault on my VW Head Unit. He explained the problem in enough detail for me to understand what had happened. This gave so much confidence that I gave the go-ahead, immediately to agree the free of charge quote for  the system to be repaired.  I was most surprised that the repair could be completed within 2 hours on a while you wait service! I was going walk in to town but the waiting room and the coffee made me feel very comfortable to stay. In-fact it took less than two hours!  Not only was it repaired 100%, the software was completely upgraded so the system worked better than ever. Hamid gave me a complete demonstration of the system and also programmed some facilities that I would make the unit easier for me to use. Audi put me in touch with this company who provide a number of options to complement factory fitted rear sensors.  They were very helpful in identifying the right product and arranging mobile fitting. Their technician was prompt, polite and efficient.
