Absolutely disgraceful service. I took my Allen & Heath XONE:22 Mixer to the companies warehouse/repair centre (Shed/Garage) in Malpas, I was told initially the repair would be done on the day, upon leaving the grounds of the repair centre i was called within 10minutes by Tony (The bloke who runs the business) telling me that he doesn't infact have the parts that are needed but would have them mailed through and the mixer repaired and back with me within 4 days after he returns from his long weekend with his partner. This never happened, After 5 days and not a word from Tony and no replies to my numerous e-mails i decided to call him, The answer phone message stated that he was on holiday and wouldn't be returning til a week and a half later. When he got back he told me that the holiday was extended whilst they were away as a spur of the moment thing. We are now 7 weeks down the line and the mixer is finally in the post to me for arrival tomorrow morning. The ONLY upside to this whole shambles has been that he agreed to do the work for me at cost price so i saved a few quid, but i ended up spending well over the repair costs on hiring another mixer for use at events. Avoid this atrociously unprofessional lying company at all costs, waste of time.
