Fantastic sales by Lisa, she helped us manage to buy knives. Gave us advice and even let us chop up vegetables and showed us how to sharpen them with the specific wet stone. Very lovely, friendly and approachable. Thank you Lisa!
Went to the McArthur Glen store today to return a frying pan which I had owned for approx 12 months as the surface was all damaged. The lady who served me was very nice, exchanged it with no problem and even gave me some advice so it didn't happen again. Note to all, don't use spray oil on pans
The products I have bought from this store, are not the cheapest, but they are top quality. The staff could not be more helpful, and know exactly what they are talking about. I have pans that I bought here years ago, and are still good as new.
I visited the store this afternoon and was well looked after by Lisa, whose customer service was absolutely superb. Remarkably, she told me that it was her first day on the job and I was absolutely blown away by her product knowledge and ability to communicate this simply and effectively. More importantly though, Lisa has integrity, builds trust and genuinely wants what is best for the customer. Thank you for all your help, Lisa. You made our shopping experience a very pleasant one and I expect that your colleagues and future customers will love you!
During our visit we found a whole range of different items to help brighten our kitchen, we are keen bakers and cooks in our household and found everything we needed easily. The prices were also very reasonable for the quality, and the staff were very helpful a friendly, offering to store our purchases behind the counter for us while we shopped so we didn't need to carry them. I also thought that the guarantee for all out purchases being emailed directly to us we a nice touch, its much easier to search for an email than hunt for a receipt after all. Overall, we were very pleased with out purchases, the price and service. We will definitely be visiting again, I've already been looking online.
Really friendly, knowledgeable staff who made both us and our dogs very welcome. Good range available at good prices. Unfortunately, one of the cups we bought was chipped, so we returned it to a closer store and they immediately replaced it with no fuss at all.
Nice products. Bought new chopping board and utensils. Young man serving very helpful. I would describe him as good old fashioned service. Nice to see it done properly not just taking the money Well done recommends.
Very pleasant, helpful assistant. She was knowledgable about the different pan sets available, offered advice but was not pushy. We came away very pleased with our purchase of a new set of pans. I had researched on line but now felt confident about my final choice and felt we got excellent value for money with the current offers on the goods.
