Outstanding as normal! I needed commercial flooring replacing in one of my businesses in Chorley. I was messed around no end by a couple of "so called" commercial specialist companies and was getting no where. Although they have done my last two homes, I didn't know if Pristine Floors did commercial contracts, it turns out they do. I contacted Paul, he came when he said he would, provided a huge range of samples to choose from, got the quote to me the following day and his team worked round the business's hours to complete the job. The work is superb and I can't recommend them enough.

Poor Service Arrangements were made for vinyl flooring to be laid in two areas in my home. Seven hours (and several phone calls) later....no show. It's so frustrating when a company can't be honest and just inform the customer that they won't be coming, yet still state they will. Their showroom is now closed and my day has been wasted.

So far they have done my bathrooms at my current and previous property and my current kitchen and hallway. All the work that has been done has been excellent. I've got no hesitation in recommending them.

Paul (the owner) fitted 25 sq meters of engineered wood in my lounge & dining room earlier this week. Workmanship was faultless & nothing was too much trouble. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
