What a Great place- free parking, loads of walkways. Main walkway good for wheelchairs/ pushchairs. Boating lake is lovely. Peaceful place and a lovely new coffee shop to watch the world go by. You have to go!

very nice park with huge lake in middle with ducks and swans. there is a great play area for kids. you can walk all the way around the lake. there is a good cafe half way and a pub that serves food at one end.

Went on a canal boat trip here. The area has a large lake and has some beautiful scenery and wildlife. The cruise was relaxing and I would definitely recommend.

A wonderful country park centred around a large lake with smaller lakes, streams and the marina. This site offer ample enjoyment for bird watching, walking, running, cycling, watersports, dog walking and fishing within it's 300 acre limits. There are public restrooms available and a small cafe with views over the lake. Adjacent to the park is a premier Inn and a beefeater restaurant with bar and beer garden. Portions of the lake are closed during winter months and paths can flood in heavy rains

Lots of walks. Lake and river. Accessible routes for pushchairs and wheelchairs. Ample parking. Can get crowded at peak times.
