Got a business package of them was told comes with warranty and support. Well obviously not problem from start printer laptop ink and cutter and now I have a cutter what they won't sort. And also you have to pay your own postage for repairs. Also no point on this so called Steve never there and never a call or reply back.

The WORST company I have ever dealt in my life. No response on phone calls, emails or text after when they receive the payment. If you really have to buy from these people then pay with your credit card or via Ebay so you can get their help to get your money from these people. I really had my worst experience with this company. Wasted my 2.5 months and nothing delivered. On top of that they tried everything not to refund my money.

Excellent service from Steve and his team, we bought a start up package a few months back and have kept in touch with him, he has been on the end of the phone whenever we have needed any help, thoroughly advise people to use them for heat press machines etc.

Wanted to start my own business doing embroidery seen this site thought good package deal so rang and spoke to Steve said he was expanding next door he would be in touch 2 weeks gone by nothing so I emailed and rang he said he was still busy and he could bring machine to my property great waited never heard anything rang emailed again no reply so drove 2 hours to shop not even open rang while there nothing totally disappointed with this company let me down badly won't recommend them to anyone
